Why Choose Calibre Building and Home Inspections
Our Promise to You
With Calibre Inspection Services you are choosing a company with considerable experience and expertise. We take great pride in going beyond our clients' expectations.
Calibre Inspection Servies rely exclusively on client referrals and we inspect only for you - the home buyer or home seller – our inspection services are not driven by Realtors who may have their own vested interests in mind.
Selecting the home inspector that you can rely on is not easy. It is unlikely that you will meet us before the day of inspection as you would with most other professionals. Also, inspectors have dissimilar qualifications, tools, equipment, expertise, reporting systems, and of course, pricing that varies.
What’s certain is that a home inspection involves considerable work – lots of it. In the end, a comprehensive inspection relies primarily on the inspector's efforts. If you hire us to inspect your home or property, we do assure you that you will have our finest efforts. This promise we make to you.

Peace of mind
With Calibre Inspection Services you are choosing a company with considerable experience and expertise. We take great pride in going beyond our clients' expectations.
The home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage our clients to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions along the way. Having you with us on the inspection gives us the opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, turn off the water main, gas, and electricity in an emergency.
A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won't remember all the important details. That's why we provide a comprehensive report to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.
Our home inspection report can also help you set up a home maintenance program to take care of one of the most significant investments most people make. Our goal is to ensure that you can live safely, comfortably, and efficiently in your new home.
We will provide honest, objective, and thorough computer generated, easy to read inspection reports, that include digital photos of your home. From the first contact with us through the inspection and explanation of your report, you will experience the ultimate in professionalism.
We have completed many different types of inspections over the years. Every inch of the home is inspected including all structural, electrical, heating, air conditioning systems and plumbing. We will notify you of any noted defects during the inspection. You can rest assured that you will understand every item noted by the time we are finished.

The inspection report is what you are ultimately paying us for. Here at Calibre Inspection Services we use industry leading computerized reporting software intended exclusively for professional inspection reporting. The software ensures that we cover the hundreds of items required to be reported on in the inspection report.
Our comprehensive, yet easy to read inspection report complete with digital photos is emailed to you within 24 hours in a PDF file format. Once we have sent you the file, we then send you by mail a bound hard copy of the report. Included in the binder is the inspection report, a home maintenance repair cost schedule (for you to compare quotes on repairs or upgrades in the future), and a complimentary book called “NOW THAT YOU HAVE HAD A HOME INSPECTION”. This book will guide and educate you on all the home systems and components and how to effectively maintain them. It also provides you with an annual schedule plan with normal maintenance that should be performed to maintain your home.
Inspection Tools and Equipment
